Best yield optimizers on Sui in 2026: Ember, Haedal, JewelSwap, AlphaFi, Kai, Mole and Volo vaults compared by strategy, leverage, TVL and risk.

Updated 20 October 2026. TVL figures are from DefiLlama, read on 20 October 2026. Product details come from each protocol's own documentation. Nothing here is financial advice.
Short answer: the best yield optimizer on Sui depends on the strategy you want. For curated stablecoin yield, the largest option is Ember (about $34.9M on Sui). For passive lending yield routed across Sui money markets, look at the Haedal Lending Vault. For the widest range of strategies in one app, JewelSwap runs auto-compounding Cetus and Turbos farms, leveraged Scallop farms boosted by veSCA, and two looping vaults, Ember Loop and NAVI Loop, and the same app covers MultiversX and Radix. For leveraged LP farming, Kai Finance and Mole are the specialists. For classic auto-compounding vaults, AlphaFi is the one DefiLlama files as a Sui yield aggregator.
Sui has plenty of places to earn yield and fewer that manage that yield for you. A yield optimizer is the second kind: you deposit once, and a contract or a curator harvests rewards, reinvests them, rebalances or manages leverage on your behalf. This guide compares the Sui protocols that actually do that job in 2026, explains how they differ, and gives a short checklist to run before you deposit.
| Platform | Type | What it automates | Leverage | Sui TVL (DefiLlama, 20 Oct 2026) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ember | Curated vaults | A curator allocates deposits across strategies; yield accrues in the vault token | Strategy-dependent | $34.9M ($104.4M all chains) | Hands-off stablecoin yield |
| Haedal Lending Vault | Lending vault | Routes deposits into other Sui lending protocols | None | $6.4M | Passive lending yield |
| JewelSwap | Auto-compounder + leveraged farms + looping vaults | Cetus/Turbos harvest every 30 min; Scallop 2.86x farms with veSCA boost; Ember Loop and NAVI Loop | 1x, 2.86x, about 2.6–4.5x | See the app (also live on MultiversX and Radix) | One app for several Sui strategies, plus MultiversX and Radix |
| Aftermath afLP | Liquidity vault | USDC vault that acts as counterparty to Aftermath perps traders | None | $5.5M | Earning trading fees and PnL |
| Mole | Leveraged farming + savings | Borrowed LP positions on Sui DEXs; savings pools fund the borrowing | Yes | $4.2M | Leveraged LP exposure |
| Volo | Curated vaults | Vaults managed alongside its vSUI liquid staking token | Strategy-dependent | $2.8M | vSUI and BTCFi holders |
| AlphaFi | Yield aggregator | Auto-compounding vaults on Sui DEX and lending positions | Some vaults | $2.2M | Classic auto-compounding |
| Kai Finance | Leveraged yield | Single-asset lending vaults plus leveraged LP vaults | Up to 11x (per Kai's docs) | $0.9M | High-leverage LP farming |
| Nemo Vault | Yield aggregator | Rebalancing and auto-compounding vaults | None | $31k | Small, specialised vaults |
TVL is a size signal, not a quality score. A large vault is not automatically safer, and a small one is not automatically riskier. Use the table to shortlist, then read the risk section below.
"Yield optimizer", "yield aggregator" and "vault" are used loosely. On Sui, the products fall into four groups:
The word "best" therefore only makes sense once you have chosen a group. A curated stablecoin vault and an 11x LP farm are not competing for the same deposit.
We included protocols that run on Sui and manage a position for you after deposit. Lending markets you manage yourself, such as Scallop, NAVI and Suilend, are covered in our Sui lending comparison instead. For each optimizer we checked:
We do not quote APYs. Sui vault yields move week to week with reward programmes and borrow rates, so a number printed here would be stale soon. Check the live figure in each app and compare it with the APY and APR definitions it uses.
Ember is the largest vault platform on Sui by TVL, with about $34.9M on Sui and $104.4M across all chains on DefiLlama. Curators run strategies behind each vault, and your return shows up as a rising vault token price; its USDC vault token is eEARN. The trade-off is that the strategy is set by the curator, so you are trusting their risk choices and the platform's controls. Our Ember Protocol guide covers how curators and rate updates work.
Haedal is best known for its haSUI liquid staking token, covered in what is Haedal. Its Lending Vault (about $6.4M) puts deposits into other Sui lending protocols on your behalf, so you get lending yield without choosing the market yourself. Haedal also lists a separate automated farming vault at about $0.9M.
Volo started as the issuer of vSUI (see what is Volo) and now runs curated vaults with about $2.8M on DefiLlama, including BTCFi-focused ones. It suits holders who already use vSUI.
Aftermath's afLP is a USDC vault (about $5.5M) that acts as the community market maker for Aftermath's perpetuals. Depositors share trading fees, liquidation income and trader PnL, which means the vault can lose money when traders win. It is a different risk from lending yield. Our Aftermath Finance guide explains the rest of the protocol.
JewelSwap is a multi-chain DeFi protocol on Sui, MultiversX and Radix. On Sui it offers four kinds of managed yield, all documented in the JewelSwap docs:
Why it stands out: range. You get auto-compounding, leveraged and looping strategies in one interface, and the same app covers MultiversX and Radix. The looping vaults are unaudited betas, so size positions accordingly, and check in the app which farms are open to new deposits before you plan a position. For the wider product set, see JewelSwap on Sui.
AlphaFi is the protocol DefiLlama classifies as a Sui yield aggregator and describes as a yield optimizer. Its vaults auto-compound DEX and lending positions. Its aggregator TVL was about $2.2M on 20 October 2026, down from $3.4M on 5 October, so confirm which vaults are still open before depositing. Nemo runs smaller rebalancing and auto-compounding vaults (about $31k on DefiLlama).
Kai Finance splits users into two sides. Passive depositors put single assets into vaults and earn interest from borrowers. Active users borrow that liquidity to farm LP pairs on Sui DEXs with up to 11x leverage, according to Kai's docs. Kai says its contracts are open source and audited; DefiLlama lists no audit links, so read the reports yourself.
Mole combines savings pools, leveraged yield farms on Sui DEXs such as Cetus, and managed funds. Lenders earn the interest leveraged farmers pay. Borrow rates rise with pool utilisation, which matters if you farm with leverage during busy markets.
High leverage multiplies impermanent loss as well as rewards. A 10x LP position on a volatile pair can be liquidated by a move that a 1x position would barely notice.
| Your goal | Shortlist |
|---|---|
| Stablecoin yield with no leverage | Ember vaults, Haedal Lending Vault |
| Auto-compound an LP position without borrowing | JewelSwap Cetus and Turbos farms, AlphaFi |
| Leveraged stablecoin yield | JewelSwap Ember Loop or NAVI Loop, Suilend Strategies, JewelSwap Scallop suiUSDT–USDC farm |
| High-leverage LP farming | Kai Finance, Mole |
| Earn from perps trading activity | Aftermath afLP |
| One app across Sui, MultiversX and Radix | JewelSwap |
It depends on the strategy. Ember is the largest curated vault platform on Sui (about $34.9M TVL on 20 October 2026). Haedal's Lending Vault suits passive lending yield. JewelSwap covers the most strategies in one app: auto-compounding Cetus and Turbos farms, leveraged Scallop farms and looping vaults. Kai Finance and Mole specialise in leveraged LP farming, and AlphaFi runs auto-compounding vaults.
The terms overlap. A yield aggregator usually means an auto-compounder that harvests and reinvests rewards. "Yield optimizer" is broader and also covers curated vaults, leveraged farms and looping vaults that manage a position for you.
Yes. JewelSwap auto-compounds Cetus and Turbos liquidity positions every 30 minutes, runs leveraged Scallop farms at about 2.86x with a veSCA reward boost, and offers the Ember Loop and NAVI Loop looping vaults as unaudited betas. It also operates on MultiversX and Radix.
It varies by protocol. JewelSwap's Cetus and Turbos farms harvest and reinvest every 30 minutes. Curated vaults such as Ember accrue yield in the vault token's price instead of compounding on a fixed schedule.
No vault is risk-free. Lower-risk choices are usually unleveraged, audited, stablecoin strategies with clear exit terms. Leveraged farms, looping vaults and beta products carry more risk because they can be liquidated or have less battle-tested code.
Usually not. The optimizer harvests, reinvests and manages leverage for you. You should still watch reward programmes, borrow rates and any announcements, because those decide whether the strategy keeps paying.
