The best Sui wallets in 2026 compared: Slush (formerly Sui Wallet), Nightly, OKX Wallet and Ledger, plus zkLogin and what Phantom users must do now.

Short answer: The best Sui wallet for most people in 2026 is Slush, the wallet from Mysten Labs that replaced the original Sui Wallet. It runs in the browser, as an extension and on iOS and Android, supports Ledger, and lets you sign in with a Google or Apple account. Nightly is the strongest multi-chain alternative for Sui, OKX Wallet suits people who already use it elsewhere, and a Ledger device is the choice for larger balances.
One change matters if you're reading older guides: Phantom, the multi-chain wallet, ended its support for Sui on 24 September 2026. If your SUI is in Phantom, the section below explains how to move it.
| Wallet | Custody | Platforms | Ledger | Social login (zkLogin) | Staking in app |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Slush | Self-custody | Web, Chrome extension, iOS, Android | Yes | Yes: Google, Apple, Facebook, Twitch | Yes |
| Nightly | Self-custody | Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave, Opera and Safari extensions, iOS, Android | Yes | Yes | Not listed |
| OKX Wallet | Self-custody | Extension, mobile app | Not listed for Sui | Not listed | Not listed for Sui |
| Suiet | Self-custody, open source | Chrome extension | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |
| Ledger device | Hardware (cold storage) | Ledger Live, or paired with a software wallet | n/a | n/a | Not listed |
Features are as stated on each wallet's official site on 8 October 2026. "Not listed" means we couldn't confirm the feature on the wallet's own pages, not that it definitely doesn't exist.
If you search for "Sui Wallet" today, you end up at Slush. On 24 April 2025 Mysten Labs, the company that built Sui, merged Sui Wallet and its Stashed wallet into Slush. Existing users kept the same accounts, recovery phrases and addresses. Phantom's own migration guide calls Slush "the Sui Foundation's recommended wallet".
What it offers, according to slush.app:
On 8 October 2026 the Chrome Web Store listing showed about 800,000 users, a 4.9 rating from 5,500 reviews, and an update the day before.
Best for: almost everyone who mainly uses Sui, especially beginners who want staking and DeFi in one place.
Nightly is a multi-chain wallet that supports more than 11 networks, including Sui. For Sui it lists sending and receiving, built-in swaps, Ledger support, zkLogin social sign-in, sponsored transactions and transaction simulation that flags malicious contracts before you sign. It has extensions for every major browser including Safari, plus iOS and Android apps.
Best for: people who use several chains and want strong Sui support in one wallet, or Safari and Firefox users.
OKX Wallet is a self-custody wallet from OKX. Its Sui page covers sending and receiving SUI, swaps and connecting to Sui dApps, on mobile and as a browser extension. It doesn't list Sui staking or hardware wallet support.
Best for: people who already use OKX Wallet on other chains.
Suiet was one of the first Sui wallets. It is an open-source, self-custody Chrome extension with mobile apps described as "on our roadmap". Be cautious: when we checked on 8 October 2026, its Chrome Web Store listing didn't load and its developer wallet kit on GitHub is archived. Confirm it is still maintained before you trust it with funds.
Phantom added Sui in January 2025 and ended it on 24 September 2026. Your SUI isn't lost. It stays on the Sui blockchain, and Phantom says there is no deadline for accessing it.
Phantom also warns that it will never message you first, ask for your recovery phrase or offer to move your assets for you. Treat anyone offering to "migrate" your Sui assets as a scam. See fake wallet scams for how these work.
A hardware wallet keeps your private keys on a device that never touches the internet, so malware on your computer can't sign for you. In April 2025 Sui announced Ledger Live support for buying, sending and receiving SUI and Sui tokens, with Clear Signing to show transactions in readable form.
To use Sui DeFi with a Ledger, you pair it with a software wallet. Ledger's Sui page describes connecting a Ledger to Sui Wallet, now Slush. Nightly also lists Ledger support. The software wallet shows you the dApp; the device signs. For the trade-offs, see hot wallet vs cold wallet.
Sui's zkLogin lets a wallet create a Sui address from a login you already have, such as Google, Apple, Facebook or Twitch. You sign in, a zero-knowledge proof confirms the login without revealing your details on-chain, and a short-lived key signs your transactions. There's no recovery phrase to write down.
It's convenient, but know the trade-offs from Sui's own documentation:
zkLogin works well for small, everyday balances. For savings, a recovery-phrase account or a Ledger is safer.
If you want to put SUI to work, you can stake it natively from Slush or use a liquid staking token. See how to stake SUI.
Slush, made by Mysten Labs. It replaced the original Sui Wallet and the Stashed wallet in April 2025. Existing Sui Wallet users kept the same accounts and addresses.
Not any more. Phantom ended Sui support on 24 September 2026. Your SUI is still on-chain: import your Phantom recovery phrase into another Sui wallet, such as Slush, to access it.
Yes. Ledger Live supports buying, sending and receiving SUI. To use Sui dApps, pair the Ledger with a software wallet that supports it, such as Slush or Nightly.
It is self-custody and convenient, but your access depends on your Google, Apple or other login. If you lose that account, you lose the wallet. Keep larger balances in a recovery-phrase account or on a hardware wallet.
Yes. Slush supports staking SUI in the app. You can also swap SUI for a liquid staking token to earn staking rewards while keeping the token usable in DeFi.
Yes. Every Sui transaction pays a gas fee in SUI, so keep a small SUI balance even if you mostly hold other tokens.
